What does a NasdaqSignals alert include? +
An alert brings together the NAS100 direction, entry, stop-loss, take-profit levels and status. Review the full setup and your broker’s contract before placing a trade.
Does the app place orders for me? +
No. NasdaqSignals provides alerts and market context. You choose your position size and place orders through your own broker.
What should I check if notifications are missing? +
Check the app’s notification permissions, your connection, Focus or Do Not Disturb settings and any battery restrictions. Contact support with your device, app version and the approximate time of the issue if it continues.
Where do I check pricing and trial terms? +
Review the price, billing period and any trial offer displayed in the app checkout before confirming a purchase. Your purchase confirmation records the terms accepted.
How do I restore an existing purchase? +
Use Restore Purchases in the app while signed into the same store account used for the original purchase. Contact support if the purchase is not recognised.
How do I manage a store subscription? +
Use the subscription settings for the Apple or Google account that made the purchase. Check that account’s billing record if you are unsure which store processed it.
Can I use a broker symbol such as US100 or USTEC? +
Broker labels vary. Confirm that the symbol is the intended Nasdaq-100 product and check its quote, cash value per point, margin, session and minimum size.
Where do I learn the difference between NAS100 and NQ? +
The NQ and MNQ guide explains the distinction between broker NAS100 CFDs and exchange futures. Their prices and contract terms are not interchangeable.
How do I contact support? +
Use the support page or email the contact address shown there. Include your device, app version and what happened. For billing help, use the order reference; never send your password or full payment-card details.
